Summary of town meeting at 2020-03-31 15:40 (and part 2

Spanish, Creole and English are mixed throughout. While the videos are long, it’s mostly backing and forthing.

The important agreements from this meeting are:

1. No-one comes into this island unless they have completed 28 days of quarantine. The island is closed for at least 30 days. (Dino thinks 60 days)
2. Not even family is permitted onto the island
3. Utila will abide by the Central Govt rules.
4. Fishing is permitted and they will act as lookouts to notify the authorities of any potential illegal entrants.
